Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass invites you to join our Managers in Training program to learn the WOW Operating Way and achieve role-based certifications across CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles. You’ll complete the RBC for each shop position and finish the GM Onboarding to demonstrate mastery of the WOW process.

High school diploma or GED is required, with college or military background preferred and automotive technical training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and perform the duties of a CSR for several weeks to ensure knowledge of the CSR role.
• Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform the duties of Part Coordinator for several weeks to ensure knowledge of the Parts Coordinator role.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and perform the duties of an Estimator for several months to ensure knowledge of the Estimator role.
• Must successfully complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.

Job Description:

Managers in Training are responsible for learning to be experts on Gerber Collision & Glass' processes and every positions’ responsibilities in the WOW Process while WOWing every customer and striving to be the best.

Key Job Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience Required

High School Diploma/GED required. College or Military background preferred. Automotive technical education training preferred. Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Compensation Details

$75,000 - $85,000 / Year
