Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking Managers in Training who will learn the WOW Operating Way and master each shop role to wow customers and drive excellence.

You will rotate through CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator responsibilities, earning role-based certifications over several weeks or months while completing the onboarding program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• College or military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training is preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform WOW processes and the duties of each position in the WOW Operating Way.
• Complete RBCs for each position in the shop.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way through the GM Onboarding program.

Education

Job Description:

Managers in Training are responsible for learning to be experts on Gerber Collision & Glass' processes and every positions’ responsibilities in the WOW Process while WOWing every customer and striving to be the best.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certificationand successfully perform the duties of a CSR for several weeks to ensure knowledge of the CSR role.
• Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certificationand successfully perform the duties of Part Coordinator for several weeks to ensure knowledge of the Parts Coordinator role.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certificationand successfully perform the duties of an Estimator for several months to ensure knowledge of the Estimator role.
• Must successfully complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.

Education and/or Experience Required

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• College or Military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Compensation Details:

$68,000 - $98,000 / Year

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

Supplemental Pay:
This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
