Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Virginia Beach is launching a Managers in Training program to build expertise across all shop roles within the WOW Operating Way. Trainees will certify as CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator, gaining hands-on experience in every department while completing onboarding modules.

The program emphasizes learning the processes, achieving role-based competencies, and preparing for leadership in a high-volume collision and glass service environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• College or Military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn to be an expert on Gerber Collision & Glass' processes and every position’s responsibilities in the WOW Process.
• Complete role-based certifications (CSR, Parts Coordinator, Estimator) and RBC for each position.
• Complete onboarding and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
