Job summary

Crunch Fitness - JFF North America is seeking a Manager in Training to support club growth through proactive lead generation, membership sales, and exceptional front desk operations. The MIT will help deliver an outstanding Crunch member experience while upholding brand policies and supporting club initiatives.

• Develop and maintain lead generation through networking and events.
• Conduct tours and inquiries for prospective members.
• Deliver excellent member service at the front desk and related departments.
• Assist with front desk systems, registrations, and member requests.

Manager in Training

The Manager in Training (MIT) role supports the growth of the club through lead generation and sales. This role will assist with the delivery of an amazing Crunch member experience through successful operation of the front desk and related departments. They are responsible for overseeing the front desk to ensure that all members receive the highest level of customer service possible. They will demonstrate an aptitude of all company-wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of the Crunch brand. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position eligible for sales commission.

Sales & Lead Generation

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets in lead generation, new membership units, ACH attachment, and scheduling CrunchOne Kickoff bookings


• Establish and maintain an effective lead generation program through networking and street team marketing campaigns


• Conduct tours and telephone inquiries for prospective members


• Attend events and find community opportunities for exposure

Member Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing an uplifting and friendly atmosphere


• Represent Crunch Fitness in a positive light to increase brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities

Operations & Compliance

• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag


• Ensure all front desk systems are executed properly, such as member check-in, guest registration, retail purchases, delinquent account procedures, telephone inquiries, and member requests


• Other duties as assigned
