MAC Sales and Leasing is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) / Management Trainee to join our retail team in Texarkana. This in-person, entry-level program trains you to become a store leader with hands-on experience across operations and sales.

Training provided; cross-training in all aspects of store management, with opportunities to advance as we expand nationwide. Applicants must be 21+, ready for physical work, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be over 21 to drive a vehicle for work.
• In-person job; remote work is not available.

Manager In Training / Management Trainee Role Summary

The Manager in Training (MIT) / Management Trainee program is an entry level vital stepping stone within our organization, with most of our store manager and leaders starting as MITs. The MIT role emphasizes the importance of actively performing job duties to become proficient in all aspects of the business (see the Physical Requirements section).

Training provided and you will be cross trained in all aspects of store management and operations.

• This is an in-person job and only available physically at the specified location.
• You must be over the age of 21 to be considered for this position.

Physical Requirements

• Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise (50-300 pounds) using a dolly
• Stooping, bending, pulling, reaching, and grabbing
• Ability to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics
• Prolonged periods of driving and standing
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor climates and weather conditions
