Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is offering a Manager in Training program designed to develop emerging leaders through a rigorous 9-week on-the-job and virtual development plan. You will rotate through on-site operations, receive mentorship from site leadership, and gain skills in team development, client engagement, and safety program management.

Candidates must be able to relocate after finishing the program, with comprehensive relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• A.A. degree in Business Management or related field with 2+ years experience, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, plan, assign, and direct work per policy.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and discipline.
• Ensure proper training on tasks and safety requirements.
• Relocate after program completion; support site leadership and client operations.
