Title: Manager in Training Job Description: NOW HIRING: Manager-in-Training Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 per year Ready to build a career in operations leadership? SBM’s Manager-in-Training (MIT) program is a 9-week, hands‑on path into site leadership — no two days the same, real responsibility from week one, and a team invested in getting you there.
From day one, you’ll be immersed in the day-to-day of running an SBM site — learning directly from site leaders, safety experts, and client operations teams. By week three, you’ll be applying what you’ve learned in real scenarios. By week nine, you’ll have the operational foundation and leadership skills to step into a site leadership role.
Graduates move into operations leadership roles across SBM’s sites — the specific next step depends on your track and location, and your mentors will help you find the right fit as you go.

You ask good questions, build trust quickly, and bring a competitive drive to everything you do. Relocation‑ready and eager to grow, you’re looking for more than a job — you want a career with momentum.
