Job summary

SBM Management is hiring for a Manager-in-Training (MIT) program in Michigan. The program runs 9 weeks and focuses on developing emerging leaders through on‑the‑job training and structured professional development.

You will gain structured virtual learning with in-person mentorship, with on-site operations training across SBM’s core services. The role requires relocation and offers a comprehensive benefits package, with a path to lead SBM sites.

Qualifications

• Relocation to role required.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or higher.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SBM’s 9-week Manager-in-Training program.
• Lead on-site operations training across SBM’s core business operations.
• Direct mentorship with site leadership, safety, and client operations.
• Develop and manage safety programs to drive safety performance.
• Relocate to SBM sites as needed.
