Palm Beach Tan in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a dedicated salon manager to lead daily operations and drive sales growth. You will supervise staff, control labor, hire and develop teams, and ensure top-notch customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.

The role emphasizes meeting sales quotas, delivering energetic service, and maintaining accurate billing. A strong path to management is offered with comprehensive training and a commission-based bonus structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One or more years of face-to-face sales experience.
• Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention.
• Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers.
• Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing.
• Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.

Base Salary of $32,500 a year.
