Qualifications

• Prior retail, sales, or management experience preferred.
• Jewelry or pawn industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and move throughout the store.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fine jewelry and watches is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of retail jewelry or pawn management experience.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

You'll receive hands-on training in store operations, sales, lending, inventory management, and customer relations while preparing to lead a team and manage.
