MAC Sales and Leasing in Idalou, TX is hiring for a Manager in Training (MIT) / Management Trainee. This entry-level program trains you to manage all store operations and develop leadership skills in-store under supervision.

The role is in-person only; you must be 21+, ready to learn across departments, perform in-home deliveries when needed, and deliver excellent customer service while driving sales and maintaining merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 21 to drive a vehicle for work (insurance requirement)
• This is an in-person job; remote work is not available
• High School Diploma or GED
• Physical Requirements include lifting, loading and moving merchandise (50-300 pounds) with a dolly
• Ability to traverse stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics

Manager in Training / Management Trainee Role Summary:

The Manager in Training (MIT) / Management Trainee program is an entry level vital stepping stone within our organization, with most of our store manager and leaders starting as MITs. The MIT role emphasizes the importance of actively performing job duties to become proficient in all aspects of the business (see the Physical Requirements section). Training provided and you will be cross trained in all aspects of store management and operations. This is an in-person job and only available physically at the specified location. You must be over the age of 21 to be considered for this position.
