Job summary

Triangle Stop in Anderson, SC is seeking a Manager Trainee to learn the ins and outs of operating a busy convenience store. This hands-on program prepares you for future leadership, with training in operations, customer service, inventory, and team supervision.

You’ll work with Store Managers and District Leaders to gain the skills to manage your own store, while delivering excellent service and maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with supervising staff and maintaining shift schedules.

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and dependable Manager Trainee to join our team and learn the ins and outs of running a successful convenience store. This is a hands‑on role designed to prepare you for future leadership, with training in operations, customer service, inventory, and team management.

What You’ll Learn & Do

As a Manager Trainee, you’ll work closely with Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and District Leaders to gain the skills needed to eventually manage your own store.
