Suburban Propane in Sparks, NV is seeking a propane business manager in a comprehensive training program designed to develop skills in safety, P&L, distribution, sales, and staff supervision. The role emphasizes on-the-job shadowing, mentorship, and continuing education to prepare you for leadership within our national network.

Relocation assistance is provided; relocation to one of our locations may be required.

This program is designed for comprehensive training and includes self-study modules, on-the-job shadowing, mentorship, and continuing education, encompassing all aspects of managing a local propane business. This includes safety, profit and loss management, product distribution, sales, customer service activities, and supervision of staff.

$81,000 - $96,000 annually (dependent on experience)
