Suburban Propane is seeking candidates to join a program designed for comprehensive training and real-world shadowing to manage a local propane business. The path includes mentorship, safety, P&L management, product distribution, sales, and daily customer service tasks.

The role offers relocation assistance and a competitive benefits package. Salary ranges from $81,000 to $96,000 annually, depending on experience, with eligibility for benefits after 30 days.

This program is designed for comprehensive training and includes self-study modules, on-the-job shadowing, mentorship, and continuing education, encompassing all aspects of managing a local propane business. This includes safety, profit and loss management, product distribution, sales, customer service activities, and supervision of staff.
