Job Posting:

Kontoor Brands is looking for a Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

This role will support Corporate Functions and is responsible for partnering with our leaders to support our business strategies. This role will partner with our COE’s on Talent and Total Rewards to leverage, initiate, and drive HR programs, processes, and practices across the business to bring direct benefit to the organization. This role will manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Develop strong working relationships with the business and various departments within HR (Total Rewards, Talent, etc.) to leverage in initiating and driving HR programs, processes, and practices across the business.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure fair treatment of employees.
  • Guide managers and employees in performance evaluations, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in a business partner capacity is highly desirable.
  • Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
