ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking an HR Manager for the Door Controls Facility in Monroe, NC. This full-time on-site role partners with business leadership to align people strategies with operational goals and drives HR programs at the site.
You will lead HR operations, recruit and onboard new staff, manage performance processes, and ensure compliance with FMLA/ADA while partnering with Safety and Shared Services on payroll and reporting.

We’re expanding our Commercial Segment, seeking to hire an HR (Human Resources) Manager who will lead as a strategic HR partner, embedded within the business unit to provide tailored solutions to our Door Controls Facility. As HR Manager you will drive organizational success through its people. You will be responsible for combining a strategic perspective with operational understanding, acting as an employee champion and culture builder while also serving as a business advisor to leadership. This position will be situated full-time on-site in Monroe, NC and reports to the General Manager.
