Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Manager, HRIS & People Technology to lead our HR technology strategy and roadmap within the HRIS & People Technology team. You’ll own UKG Pro, WFM, integrations, data infrastructure, and governance to scale a data-driven People function.

You’ll partner with People Operations, Compensation, Recruiting, IT, Finance, and Data teams to keep our HR tech ecosystem reliable, secure, and scalable while developing a small team of HRIS professionals and external partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRIS or HR technology experience.
• Significant UKG Pro experience, ideally including WFM.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR data architecture and system design.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR technology roadmap, including UKG Pro, WFM, Benefits Administration, and related systems.
• Lead HRIS administration, configuration, security, and governance.
• Oversee HR system integrations and data flows across the People technology ecosystem.
• Partner with IT and Data teams to improve reliability, scalability, and reporting infrastructure.
• Lead HR technology work associated with major initiatives, acquisitions, and system implementations.
• Establish strong operational processes, documentation, and governance.
• Develop and lead a small team of HRIS professionals and external partners.

We’re looking for a Manager, HRIS & People Technology to join our HRIS & People Technology team and lead our HR technology strategy, systems roadmap, and HRIS team, serving as the functional owner of our HR technology ecosystem.

This role will oversee UKG Pro, workforce management, integrations, HR data infrastructure, and People technology initiatives that enable a scalable, data-driven People function. Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position considers a variety of factors, including depth and breadth of experience, skills and role scope. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible for additional compensation plans (bonus and commission).
