Role overview:
EXL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our US HR team based in Jersey City, NJ or New York, NY.
We are looking for a strong individual who can work independently with the ability to be a strategic business partner with a strong business acumen and expertise in classic human resource areas such as: employee relations, HR Consulting, Performance Management, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Talent Management. The individual will work closely with employees, Analytics business leads and is expected to serve as our regional expert for all human resources functions in the United States and Canada.
