Job summary

Providence Home Services Oregon is seeking a Weekend on-site nursing leader to manage a clinical program within the hospice interdisciplinary team. You will supervise staff, coordinate patient and family care, and promote best practices in a compassionate, comprehensive care environment.

The role requires Oregon RN licensure (and Washington licensure within 3 months), BLS within 30 days, and at least 2 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health care field preferred.
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
• Washington Registered Nurse License within 3 months.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 2 years Clinical experience in chosen field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical program and supervise staff within the hospice interdisciplinary team.
• Identify and promote best practices for patient care.
• Coordinate care for patients and families and network with community resources.

This will be a Weekend on site position, hours to be determined upon hire.

This position serves as the manager of a clinical program and provides staff supervision and coordination for the care provided to patients and their families served by a designated hospice interdisciplinary team. This position is responsible for identifying 'best practices' for care. As well, this position may network with community resources and consult with community health care providers serving patients with life threatening illness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health care field preferred

• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License

• Washington Registered Nurse License within 3 months

Preferred Qualifications:
