Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Management, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of experience leading analytics, business intelligence, data strategy, or data governance initiatives.
3+ years of people leadership experience managing analytics, data, or technology professionals.
Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate operational and strategic needs into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead Operational Analytics and Data Governance teams, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Partner with business leaders, data engineering, and governance teams to translate priorities into scalable analytics solutions and measurable business outcomes.
Drive the organization's transition from traditional reporting to a domain-owned, certified data product model built on a lakehouse platform.
Develop and maintain roadmaps, intake processes, prioritization frameworks, and governance standards that align analytics investments with enterprise objectives.
Champion data governance practices including data quality, metadata management, lineage, access controls, and stewardship through technologies such as Unity Catalog.
Support enterprise AI governance initiatives by ensuring transparency, auditability, compliance, and responsible use of analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
Lead the adoption of self-service analytics, automation, and standardized metrics to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual reporting.
Contribute to the development of the organization's analytics vision through thought leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic partnership with senior leaders.
Manage team performance, talent development, succession planning, budgeting, coaching, and employee engagement.
