Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Global Training and Change Management to lead global change initiatives. Based in Mettawa, IL with a hybrid work model, this 12-month assignment focuses on designing change strategies, communications, and training programs that enable rapid adoption across multiple regions and functions.

You will partner with senior leaders to define adoption milestones, measure outcomes, and ensure training assets align with business objectives and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational change or related field.
• Understanding of change management principles and flexible approach.
• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led training.
• Experience leading a comprehensive communications plan.
• Experience designing and measuring adoption metrics.
• Strong communication and group facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and lifecycle.
• 8+ years in training and change management.
• Preferred certifications: PROSCI/ACMP/Managed Change.

Job description

Job Title: Manager, Global Training and Change Management

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Mettawa, IL 60045 (Hybrid)

The Manager, Global Training and Change Management, will play a key role in driving projects with a global footprint, enabling sustainable adoption of new processes, ways of working, and operating models within Operations. The Manager will work to enable faster adoption, higher tool utilization and proficiency which will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Accountable to the Associate Director for Global Training and Change Management, this person will focus on the people side of change across Global Operations, Commercial, and Commercial and Operations Finance. They are responsible for enabling the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans, including not limited to, change management planning, communication strategy and global execution, stakeholder adoption, training curriculum design/maintenance, and creation and maintenance of training courses and course assets.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the execution of comprehensive global change management strategies-including integrated communications and training plans-to drive successful adoption of critical enterprise efforts and worldwide transformations.
• Partner strategically with global cross-functional leaders and Process Owners to translate complex transformation objectives into clear behavioral expectations and adoption milestones.
• Develop and execute targeted communication campaigns that articulate what is changing and why it matters, ensuring impacted teams across regions remain aligned through consistent messaging and shared ways of working.
• Develop and facilitate impactful in-person and virtual training programs scaled for an international workforce, translating process and system changes into practical learning content, job aids, and user guidance that drive immediate application.
• Define, track, and report on key adoption, behavior change, and cultural metrics, establishing clear baseline measurements to evaluate the success and ROI of change initiatives.
• Leverage user feedback, data, and adoption insights to continuously refine our strategies, building sustainable, globally scalable learning and change practices that can be localized and reused for future releases and enhancements.

All qualifications are required except where noted:

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, or related field

• Understanding of change management principles and methodologies with the ability to define a flexible, unique approach based on the business team and working environment
• Experience in designing and delivering instructor-led training that supports not just knowledge transfer, but behavioral and mindset shifts
• Experience leading and executing against a comprehensive communications plan.
• Experience designing and measuring adoption and culture-related success metrics.
• Highly developed communication skills with expertise in producing organization-wide communications and strong group facilitation experience
• Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
• 8 plus years of training and change management experience
• Preferred: Change Management Methodology Certification Preferred (e.g.: PROSCI Certification, ACMP Certification, or Managed Change Certification)
