Job summary

TRIUMPH seeks a Manager, International Trade Compliance in Yakima, WA to lead ITC programs across the Actuation Landing Gear Systems team. You will drive compliance initiatives, manage export licensing, and coordinate with Supply Chain and Contracts to ensure precise data and regulatory adherence.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in ITC, with hands-on expertise in EAR/ITAR and export processes, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in International Trade Compliance.
• Experience drafting/export licenses with US agencies.
• Hands-on knowledge of EAR, ITAR and U.S. Customs Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support ITC processes, procedures, tools and best practices in local units.
• Collaborate with leaders to support import/export requirements.
• Prepare export license applications using DECCS, SNAP‑R and AES.
• Review and approve export shipments and maintain records.
• Coordinate with import brokers and track compliance documentation.
• Deliver ITC awareness and assist in post-entry audits.
