Job summary

Triumph Group seeks a Manager, International Trade Compliance in Yakima, WA, with optional locations in Redmond, WA or Valencia, CA. Fulltime onsite role leading ITC initiatives, licensing, and compliance across the ALGS operating company.

Primary ITC focal for the organization, reporting to the Senior Manager ITC and Empowered Official. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in ITC, plus hands-on export licensing, EAR/ITAR, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years in International Trade Compliance.
• Direct experience drafting export licenses for U.S. government agencies.
• Knowledge of EAR, ITAR, and U.S. Customs Regulations.
• Experience using SNAPR, DECCS, and AES for export compliance.
• Experience with USCBP ACE for site-level reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Implement ITC processes and embed compliance in local units.
• Support import/export requirements with functional leaders.
• Prepare export licenses and authorizations.
• Submit export licenses using DECCS, SNAPR, and Descartes OCR.
• Review and approve export shipments.
• Maintain import/export records in company systems.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Contracts for import docs.
• Coordinate with import brokers for shipments.
• Deliver ITC awareness training.
• Assist EAR/ITAR classifications and FTAs.
• Resolve denied party data issues and controls.
• Assist Empowered Official and GC for Voluntary Disclosures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
