Veeco is seeking a Global Product Support Manager for its IBD300 line, based in San Jose, CA and Plainview, NY. You will lead the Technical Product Support engineers, mentor the team, and ensure high customer satisfaction across complex vacuum tool platforms.
You will work with Engineering, Field Service, Marketing and Operations to drive resolution of issues, oversee software/hardware upgrades, and improve service metrics while traveling up to 30-50% as needed.

The Global Product Support Manager will lead and manage the Technical Product Support (TPS) group for Veeco’s IBD300 product line in San Jose, California and Plainview, NY. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Technical Product Support team with a focus on efficient problem solving and customer satisfaction. The manager is responsible for managing and mentoring the Technical Product Support engineers, as well as, monitoring the quality of the technical support provided. This position will work closely with a cross functional team, which includes Engineering, Field Service, Marketing, Customer Operations, Manufacturing (Operations), and Technical Sales.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical support or engineering, including demonstrated experience managing, supervising, or leading technical teams. MS or PhD preferred. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
Experience with vaccum tools.
The expected salary range for this position is $131,000.00 - $165,668.00, plus a bonus opportunity. We will consider your location, experience, and other job‑related factors when determining your pay.
