Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager, Order-to-Cash (O2C) to establish and lead the global revenue cycle function supporting its first commercial product launch and future growth. Onsite role in Verona, Wisconsin.

You will develop and execute the O2C strategy, build scalable processes, oversee onboarding, contracting and compliance, and drive Dynamics 365 system implementations and SOX controls. This role partners with Commercial, Supply Chain, Market Access and Finance to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Life Sciences.
• 5+ years in O2C, Revenue Ops, or Finance within regulated biotech/pharma industries.
• ERP experience, preferably with Dynamics 365.
• strong knowledge of revenue cycle, compliance, and process optimization.
• excellent communication skills.
