DHL eCommerce is seeking a Business Transformation Manager/Manager, Functional Processes to lead transformational initiatives across the Americas. You will partner with senior leaders to drive strategic changes, improve operational effectiveness, and deliver measurable business results.

The role emphasizes leading enterprise-level projects, leveraging data, and shaping organizational capability for future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives; Six Sigma or PMP preferred.

• Lead high-priority functional projects and strategic initiatives supporting the Americas 2030 Ambition.
• Drive process improvements, transformation programs, and digital adoption efforts.
• Solve complex business challenges using data, insights, and strong business acumen.

• Provide leadership during transitions to ensure business continuity and execution excellence.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.

As our Manager, Functional Processes, you'll be at the center of transformational work, partnering with leaders across the organization to drive meaningful change, improve operational effectiveness, and deliver business results. What You'll Do

• Lead high-priority functional projects and strategic initiatives that support DHL eCommerce's Americas 2030 Ambition.
• Drive process improvements, transformation programs, and digital adoption efforts that enhance organizational performance.
• Solve complex business challenges using data, insights, and strong business acumen.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and scale sustainable process improvements.
• Provide leadership support during periods of transition, peak demand, or capability gaps to ensure business continuity and execution excellence.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
• Promote consistent execution of functional strategies, standards, and best practices.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. First Choice or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• First Choice or Six Sigma certification.
• PMP or other project management certification.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
