Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a Manager, Forward‑Deployed Engineer to embed with biopharma and life sciences clients, turning ambiguous problems into fast, working GenAI solutions. You will lead small engineering teams, own end‑to‑end delivery, and iterate with clients to produce measurable outcomes.
You will prototype GenAI-powered apps and data integrations, collaborate across client teams, and contribute to product improvements.
As a Manager, Forward‑Deployed Engineer at Trinity Life Sciences, you are embedded directly inside biopharma and commercial Life Sciences teams. You absorb their hardest problems, then build working solutions fast. You move from an ambiguous business challenge to running prototype in days, not quarters, demo it, iterate live with clients, and make it better. You will write real code, own real deployments, and be accountable for real outcomes. Examples include turning a messy CRM export into a live sales‑rep‑facing AI assistant within a week, or building a RAG pipeline over 10 years of clinical trial data to answer payer questions in seconds. You also bring others with you, mentoring and coaching a group of 1–2 engineers to grow into the role.
You will be a senior FDE in our incoming cohort, with direct input on how the team, its culture, and practices take shape. You will work in pods, never alone on a client; there is always a Solution Lead and domain SME alongside you. You will be onboarded intentionally: product fluency first, then shadowing, then leading, so you hit the ground running rather than guessing. Your work has a direct feedback loop to our products; the best things you build become product features, shaping how the life sciences industry operates.
