Trinity Partners, LLC in New York is hiring a Senior Forward-Deployed Engineer to work directly with biopharma and commercial Life Sciences teams. This role is focused on solving complex problems through agile development and mentorship of junior engineers.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Python or Node.js/React.js, 8–12 years of experience, and a background in Life Sciences or Biotech. The position offers significant autonomy in prototype development and a competitive compensation package.
We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
As a Senior Forward‑Deployed Engineer at Trinity Life Sciences, you are embedded directly inside biopharma and commercial Life Sciences teams: absorbing their toughest problems, then building working solutions fast. You'll move from ambiguous business challenge to a running prototype in days, not quarters. You'll demo it, iterate live with clients, and make it better. Repeat.
You'll write real code, own real deployments, and be accountable for real outcomes. For example, within a week you might be turning a messy CRM export into a live sales rep‑facing AI assistant that surfaces next‑best‑action recommendations. Or you might be building a RAG pipeline over 10 years of clinical trial data so a market access team can answer payer questions in seconds instead of days.
As a senior FDE, you will mentor and coach a group of 3–4 engineers; helping them ramp up faster, navigate client complexity, and grow into the role. You don't manage from a distance, but lead by doing, and you make the people around you sharper.
