  • Coordinate program communications and serve as a primary contact for employees, volunteers, interns, partners, departments, and the public.
  • Maintain administrative procedures, calendars, and participant records for assigned programs, including participation, required learning completion, volunteer hours, and education or employment outcomes where applicable and available; record and provide completion records to relevant program partners.
  • Gather participant and partner feedback and review assigned program operations, access, participation, and placement outcomes; recommend improvements to delivery and participant experience to the AVP and share learning-related findings with relevant program partners.
  • Assist with the development of, and provide accurate program-level data for, institutional dashboards and reports using established definitions, reporting requirements, consent practices, and data safeguards; coordinate learning-related submissions with responsible system and reporting owners.
  • Prepare cost estimates, track approved expenses, coordinate purchasing, and supply program information for proposals and required reports within the AVP’s assigned portfolio; maintain departmental supplies and inventory.
  • Bring risks, resource needs, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities requiring leadership attention to the AVP.
Qualifications:
