This role owns the financial narrative for enGen, including the monthly CFO close presentation, board and ELT packages, and the ad hoc analysis that flows from senior leadership. This position reports directly to the Director of FP&A and works closely with the CFO and senior business leaders across enGen.The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, a track record of leading and developing finance team members, and the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences. This role plays an active part in advancing the team’s Power BI reporting capabilities and AI-driven automation initiatives. This individual takes ownership of their work product, communicates with precision and confidence, and is motivated by continuous improvement in both process and analytical depth.
