We're looking for an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for C.A. Carlin, with direct oversight of our Commission Reconciliation and Revenue Management team. You'll own forecasting, budgeting, and reporting – including a rolling 24-month forecast and the revenue portion of our budget – and lead Sales reporting, Revenue Management, and channel reporting, while partnering with our Senior Vice President of Finance on board‑level financial reporting. This role is based in our Schaumburg, IL headquarters and follows a hybrid schedule, in office 3 days a week. Minimal travel is required.
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $115,0000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This role is also bonus eligible.
