Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and delivery of executive reporting including CEO/CFO dashboards and quarterly Investor Relations support materials.
  • Lead the continuous enhancement of CFO presentations and management reporting for senior leadership decision support.
  • Manage enterprise FP&A consolidation reporting with timely, insightful outputs.
  • Coordinate planning, forecasting, and reporting across units and corporate functions, ensuring alignment and timelines.
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis highlighting performance drivers, trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools for performance management and scenario analysis.
  • Standardize and scale AI adoption across the team to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance and corporate functions to support planning and performance analysis.
  • Support modernization and automation of reporting and planning tools.

As Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a critical role in driving executive decision support, enterprise planning, and financial insight. The FP&A Manager will lead management reporting, enterprise consolidations, and forecasting, while serving as a key partner in financial transformation and automation initiatives. This role requires strong financial analysis, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

What you’ll do:
Management Reporting:
  • Own the development and delivery of executive reporting, including CEO/CFO dashboards and presentations as well as quarterly Investor Relations earnings support materials
  • Lead the continuous enhancement of CFO presentations and management reporting, elevating financial storytelling, analytical rigor, and decision support for senior leadership
Consolidations & Coordination:
  • Manage enterprise FP&A consolidation reporting, delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting
  • Coordinate planning, forecasting, and reporting across business units and corporate functions, ensuring alignment, consistency, and adherence to reporting timelines
Financial Analysis:
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis that highlights performance drivers, emerging trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling proactive business decisions
Financial Modeling:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to support financial performance management, scenario analysis and strategic initiatives
AI Automation & Enablement:
  • Standardize and scale AI adoption across the team, leveraging automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and analytical effectiveness
Cross-Functional Partnership:
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance and corporate functions to support business planning and performance analysis
Financial Systems:
  • Support the modernization and automation of the team's reporting and planning tools
Experience.

You have 8+ years of experience in relevant skills, gained and developed in the same or similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • Experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, investment banking, corporate finance, or related analytical roles supporting financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, planning, and business decision-making
  • Expertise in financial modeling and reporting, including developing and maintaining financial models and analytical tools to support financial performance management, scenario analysis, strategic initiatives, and executive decision-making.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations to effectively communicate the story behind the numbers
  • Technically competent and curious, with experience leveraging AI, automation, financial systems, or emerging technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and analytical effectiveness
  • Detail oriented with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex financial information and effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assist with various ad hoc projects, with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality financial reporting and analysis while operating effectively in a fast-paced evolving environment
  • Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging and influencing business partners and finance stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
  • You’ll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
For additional comfortability in the role:
  • MBA or CPA a plus.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $86,600.00 - USD $161,600.00 / Year* *Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
