The Americas Manager drives a culture of exceeding customer expectations by delivering outstanding service and accelerating hardware placements and service revenues. This role involves building relationships with Sales, Marketing, Support Services, and Customer Service teams. It reports to the Sr. Director of Global Services and is based remotely near an airport.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop an execution strategy for the Americas aftermarket business.
• Price and position service products/agreements; support negotiations and closures.
• Achieve targets for orders, sales, margin, and OPEX; report weekly/monthly forecasts.
• Manage field team capacity and utilization of service assets.
• Develop the field team to execute seamlessly, generate leads, and sell service agreements.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years management experience in a corporate environment with customer interaction, preferably in industrial sectors.
• Proven tactical execution skills across complex customer bases.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and hold team accountable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven root cause analysis and risk mitigation.
