The Americas Manager is responsible for driving a culture of exceeding customer expectations by delivering outstanding customer service and accelerating Pall hardware placements and service revenues. The incumbent will build cohesive relationships with Energy+ and F&B Outside Sales, Marketing, Support Services, and Customer Service.

This position reports to the Sr. Director Global Services and is part of the Global Service Team located remotely near an airport.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop an execution strategy for the America's aftermarket business.
  • Effectively price and position Service products/agreements; support service order negotiations with customers and order closures.
  • Drive action to achieve annual orders, sales, margin and OPEX targets. Report a weekly/monthly forecast across all KPIs.
  • Manage the field team capacity and utilization of service assets to optimal levels to deliver the service backlog.
  • Develop the field team to seamless execution and to generate leads and offer and sell service agreements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Education: Bachelors in technical, business, or engineering discipline preferred. Masters in business is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of prior management experience in a corporate environment, encompassing commercial management, or management in a field that requires regular customer interaction. Strong preference for experience in industrial companies.
  • Proven ability in tactical execution across a complex customer base.
  • Proven ability to recruit, hire, and develop top field engineers and develop and drive accountability across the team.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: Able to identify problems; apply structured and disciplined methodology to identify root cause using data. Innovative and effective solution development, risk mitigation, and execution.
