Program Manager, Field Enablement (Enablement Tools & Systems)
As an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Field Enablement Operations, you will be responsible for strategizing and programatizing the tools used by the Field Enablement team to conduct enablement activities and improve seller efficiency. You will own the enablement use case for these tools, working across the Enablement team and with key stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and create a comprehensive strategy for how the various enablement tools in our tool stack can help meet those needs.
In this role, you will serve as the technology expert for the Field Enablement organization, ensuring that our tools are aligned with business objectives, optimized for user experience, and delivering measurable return on investment. You will drive tool adoption and interoperability, generate and analyze usage data to inform strategy, and work cross-functionally to ensure our enablement technology ecosystem supports the success of our Field teams in achieving customer outcomes and revenue growth.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary.
