Motion Industries, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in the field, ensuring work is completed effectively and in compliance with SOPs and KPI targets.
You will guide hiring, training, and ongoing development, while coordinating service activities, ensuring safety, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Under limited supervision, the Field Service supervisor functions as the lead of a field service team and oversees technicians to ensure their work is performed effectively. The Supervisor is involved in team decisions, hiring, training, and is required to make sure the team follows all SOP’s, KPI’s and Lean Six Sigma programs.
Typically requires an associate's degree and five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Push/pull up to 50 pounds Lift/carry up to 50 pounds Lift bulky objects Neck rotation, trunk rotation, stair climbing, repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squat, forward reaching, overhead reaching, reach and lift, ladder climb and carrying/crawling. Working conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor. Noise level may be loud at times.
Excellent driving record preferred. All company vehicles are subject to continuous video monitoring.
