Job summary

PPL Corporation is seeking a managerial leader to run Field and IT Support Operations across multiple sites. You will oversee field, desktop, and end-user support, with a focus on service quality and asset lifecycle management.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of IT leadership, experience with MSPs, and knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, and walk-up support models. A hybrid work arrangement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience across field services, desktop support, service desk, or workplace technology.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and large MSPs in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field support and IT desktop operations across all operating companies.
• Oversee equipment lifecycle, asset management, and vendor performance.
• Standardize services, processes, and metrics across sites and suppliers.
• Manage a 20-person MSP delivering Level 3 support and end-user services.
• Drive initiatives for a world-class Tech Bar and walk-up support model.
