Recommend, improve, evaluate,maintain, and administer maintenanceand assetprograms in support of the departmental and organizational mission and goals.
Understand andutilizeall management tools including budget reports, CMMS dashboards, and energy usage and efficiency reporting.
Adhere to all regulatory compliance codes.Schedule andmaintainrecords of all required inspection,testing,maintenance,and drills.
Evaluate and analyzerootcauseof building system failures. Develop recommendations and implement solutions to avoid future failures anddisruptions.
Assistin the development of business unit and enterprise goals, staffing, incidentpreventionand productivity standards and develop departmental goals andobjectives.
Coordinate interdepartmental and intradepartmental services. Maintain excellent communications with Administration, Director, staff,patientsand families.
Support coordination and implementation of larger scale projects throughout the facility(ies) assigned.
Coordinate the implementation of standardized record keeping and reporting for assigned department as specified by FMG policies and procedures. Manage an effective audit program to ensuretimelycompliance.
Conduct routine team/staff meetings for teammate training andtimelydistribution of information related to the department and organization.
Interface with site administration on monthly budget performance,productivity,and labor expenses.
Leadership in afacilityoperations/maintenance environment.
Competency in the use of computers andtechnology,including Microsoft Office 365.
