This role involves leading a team of technicians to ensure efficient, sustainable, and safe building operations, providing a comfortable environment for associates and customers.

What you'll do

Responsibilities include collaborating with store managers and facility leadership, working with vendors and contractors, managing reporting and analytics, maintaining contractor licenses, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements through site inspections and permits.

• Experience in building controls, cross-functional team leadership, or supervisory roles in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments
• State and jurisdiction-specific licensing
