JOB SUMMARY: The position will oversee a centralized Maintenance Operations Center, ensuring the efficient delivery of maintenance support services across all schools and administrative sites. This role will collaborate with facilities leadership, technicians, contractors, and school-based staff to optimize workflows, improve service levels, and support safe, reliable learning environments. Using CMMS-driven reporting and analytics, the position will drive continuous improvement, resource planning, and informed decision-making across maintenance operations.
