For more information, please visit** **THE.TEAM****.****JOB OVERVIEW:**THE·TEAM is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Experiential Operations Manager to join our team of event professionals in delivering best-in-class experiences for our clients. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, manage, and execute live events, brand activations, and fan engagement experiences across sports and entertainment properties. This includes working across venues, tours, and large-scale events to deliver high-impact, immersive experiences for fans, partners, and clients. The Manager will also collaborate with colleagues to grow new and existing partnerships across all business units and company initiatives. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing, developing, and overseeing multi-market tours, event series, and engagement strategies, as well as managing the budgets, logistics, and operational execution associated with these activations. Additionally, the Experiential Operations Manager will support other experiential programs and initiatives during the off-season.
