As a member of the Executive Office, the Manager will serve as a point of contact and strategic partner to a member(s) of Capital Group’s Management Committee. They will help drive the strategy, and elevate the impact of, external and internal engagements across leaders, and they will work on enterprise‑wide initiatives contributing to the firm’s Long Term Strategic Plan. As a key member of a small, nimble team, they will help shape and grow the Executive Office’s remit and global responsibilities. This role will be highly visible with Capital Group’s senior leadership.
