Job summary

I can succeed as an Executive Office Manager at Capital Group.

As a member of the Executive Office, the Manager will serve as a point of contact and strategic partner to a member(s) of Capital Group’s Management Committee. They will help drive the strategy, and elevate the impact of, external and internal engagements across leaders, and they will work on enterprise‑wide initiatives contributing to the firm’s Long Term Strategic Plan. As a key member of a small, nimble team, they will help shape and grow the Executive Office’s remit and global responsibilities. This role will be highly visible with Capital Group’s senior leadership.

You have experience managing executive‑level updates and communications, with an ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives.   • You have a BA or BS degree; MBA is a plus.
  • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, including 2 years within an Executive Office or adjacent team.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837
  • New York Base Salary Range: $190,040-$304,064
  • In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
  • Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
  • Your company‑funded retirement contribution will factor in salary and variable pay, including bonuses.
