As a Senior Program Manager within Capital Group’s Enterprise Change Office (ECO), you will independently lead highly complex, cross‑functional technology programs and initiatives that drive meaningful business outcomes. You will partner with senior business leaders, technology directors, and cross‑functional teams to deliver strategic change, navigate ambiguity, and ensure successful execution of some of the firm’s highest‑priority initiatives. This role requires both exceptional delivery expertise and strong leadership capabilities, including governance, stakeholder management, and team development.
“I am the person Capital Group is looking for” You demonstrate significant experience leading large‑scale business transformation, program management, or strategic change initiatives in complex organizations. You can lead enterprise‑scale initiatives across artificial intelligence, information security and risk, cloud computing, or other major technology transformation areas. You can influence senior leaders and stakeholders, build alignment and drive decisions across multiple functions and teams. You can build and manage multi‑level governance structures, facilitate executive decision‑making, and resolve risks and issues at the appropriate level. You can navigate ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments while maintaining focus on priorities, outcomes, and execution. You can lead and develop high‑performing teams through coaching, collaboration, and a strong commitment to inclusion and engagement. You apply a variety of delivery methodologies and adapt approaches to meet the unique needs of programs, stakeholders, and business objectives. Charlotte
Base Salary Range: $187,016-$317,927 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
