# Manager, Events & Member Engagement## •### @MLBPAAPosted on 4/21/2026•Full-time## Job Description**About the Role**The MLBPAA is seeking a **Manager of Events and Member Engagement** to lead high-impact programs and events that connect former MLB players, their families and fans nationwide. This role is at the center of the member and donor experience driving growth, shaping engagement strategies, and executing events. This role will report to the Sr Director of Membership & Development and COO. MLBPAA’s headquarters is in Colorado Springs, CO and on a hybrid schedule: start 5 days in-office, transition to 3 days per week in-office.
