Job summary

Responsibilities include defining strategy for UC platforms, overseeing PBX technologies, vendor relationships, and ensuring secure, high-availability voice services in alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise voice, telecommunications, or unified communications.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams and leading technical professionals.
• Strong background with modern PBX platforms (Ribbon preferred) and enterprise voice carriers.
• Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of communications security and high-availability voice environments.
• Cloud telephony experience is a plus.
