Job summary

CEENTA in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Manager, ENT Clinical Services to standardize ENT workflows and lead the Allergy Department across the organization. You will partner with physicians and executives to drive operational excellence, patient safety, and an exceptional patient experience.

You will oversee clinical operations, staff development, and training, manage inventory and vendor relations, and monitor performance metrics to improve quality and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; or 5+ years healthcare leadership.
  • Two to three years supervisory experience in a medical office setting.
  • Experience leading clinical operations, workflow improvements, and healthcare teams.
  • Experience in allergy services, ENT operations, or ambulatory care preferred.
  • CMA/RMA or LPN certification with demonstrated competency in allergy services preferred.
  • Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement standardized ENT clinical workflows in collaboration with physicians and Compliance leadership.
  • Lead Allergy Department operations, staff development, and performance management.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives and operational improvements in partnership with Executive Leadership.
  • Oversee patient and staff safety programs, including regular departmental rounding and action planning.
  • Monitor clinical operations through EHR dashboards, reports, work queues, and performance metrics.
  • Direct clinical inventory management, purchasing processes, and supply optimization.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and oversee clinical equipment maintenance and repair processes.
  • Develop recruitment, retention, and employee engagement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure clinical competency assessment, workflow training, and regulatory compliance for ENT and Allergy staff.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, patient collections, reimbursement trends, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Revenue Cycle, Operations, and Providers to improve charge capture, denial management, and reimbursement outcomes.
  • Promote an outstanding patient experience by addressing concerns, supporting patient engagement initiatives, and leading service excellence efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, required training, and certification requirements.

You may lead training sessions, participate in strategic planning meetings, oversee educational programs, address patient concerns, analyze financial and operational reports, and partner with teams across the organization to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes.Schedule/TravelOnsite, full-time, exempt position. Core business hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Reliable transportation and ability to travel between CEENTA locations.What You'll BringEducation/ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; or a minimum of five (5) years of healthcare leadership experience.Two to three years of supervisory experience in a medical office setting preferred.Experience leading clinical operations, workflow improvement initiatives, and healthcare teams.Experience in allergy services, ENT operations, or ambulatory healthcare settings preferred.CertificationsCertified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with demonstrated competency in allergy services preferred.Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.SkillsStrong business acumen and strategic operational leadership capabilities.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop employees, and foster a collaborative work environment.Experience managing change and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems.Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data.
