Description

In this role you will lead, coach, inspire and develop a team of Engineering Project Managers that are tasked with driving complex projects across our platforms, responsible for delivering exciting features while continuing to meet our tight deadlines and high quality levels. You will be the central hub bringing together different teams from Software, Hardware, and Design, among other teams, all in the name of delivering on groundbreaking technology across all our operating systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in software engineering project or program management, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle from inception to launch.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, career development, performance management, and leading high-performing teams of project managersDemonstrated history of successfully launching customer-facing software products with a focus on operational rigor and continuous improvementExtensive expertise in managing processes across the software development lifecycle with a focus on metrics and efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability in complex problem-solving, cross-functional consultation, and organizational planning.
• Proven experience delivering written and verbal communications, status updates, and presentations to stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• BS in Computer Science or related field.
