For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Employee Editorial Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.
This role will shape the editorial direction for employee storytelling across internal channels, helping ensure communications are engaging, clear, and aligned to organizational priorities. The manager will lead a team focused on content framing, story planning, and modern editorial practices that strengthen employee connection and content effectiveness. In close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, this person will improve how stories are packaged and delivered while using feedback and insights to continuously refine the approach.

Compensation: $149,500 – $199,800 annually
