Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and two years of experience in the listed areas.
• Two years of experience in each of Six Sigma, data mining, predictive analysis, RCFA, fault tree analysis, reliability modeling, SCADA, PLC troubleshooting, CNC tools, SPC.

Responsibilities

• Publish reports tracking automation equipment availability and downtime costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to expand SCADA with on-demand reporting.
• Define long-term ECCR-driven solutions for automation issues.
• Provide guidance on vendor automation scripts and mentor staff on new equipment features.
• Troubleshoot PLC applications and improve automation processes to achieve steady state productivity.
• Review supplier documentation, support design modifications, and develop acceptance tests and installation specs.
• Observe tests at supplier/pharmacy sites to evaluate reliability factors.
• Align data elements for system analysis and reporting with commissioning plans.
