About The Role
As the Distribution Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the DC Manager, providing strategic input on key functions including process improvement, inventory control, fleet oversight, and team development.
What You’ll Do
- Drive warehouse and transportation operations in alignment with company goals and strategic plans.
- Collaborate with the DC Manager to develop and execute operating plans, financial budgets, and KPIs.
- Analyze processes and asset utilization, recommending and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Champion safety, security, and compliance for all personnel, equipment, and inventory.
- Lead and develop a team of Assistant Managers and hourly associates with clear performance expectations.
- Manage fleet logistics, warehouse reporting, and cost control strategies.
- Maintain a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and corrective action where needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in a distribution center environment.
- 3+ years in a management or supervisory role.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, transportation logistics, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and perform physical tasks as needed.
